We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable team member to become one of our Delivery Drivers here at our Madison, WI location.
This position is responsible for ensuring Crumbl customers receive their cookies on time, in tact, fresh, and delicious.
As if the customer had picked the cookies up themselves! At Crumbl Cookies we strive to deliver the best cookies and customer service to our guests day in and day out.

Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner in your inspected vehicle Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles Accepting payments for delivered items Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Assistance with in store tasks when not on delivery Time management and customer service skills Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Attention to detail is a plus Delivery Driver Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess the appropriate automobile insurance coverage Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license Clean driving record Vehicle must pass a safety inspection Must be able to stand for extended periods, when not on delivery Ability to lift 50 LBS Job Types:
