4) Demonstrated ability to provide clinical service, consultation and outreach to diverse college student populations;
5) Experience developing campus-wide programs that serve multicultural students, this may include teaching;
6) Expertise in consultation and collaboration with campus and community partners that serve underrepresented student groups;
7) Experience participating in multidisciplinary teams including medical providers and academic faculty/staff;
8) Experience in adolescent and/or young adult mental health crisis assessment, brief intervention, and confidentiality requirements;
9) Supervision of trainees;
10) Interest in Behavioral Health consultation to primary care providers; and
11) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Principal duties:
The mental health provider, under the supervision of the Director of Mental Health Services at UHS, will provide services and outreach programming to underrepresented student groups, for example, students of diverse racial/ethnic backgrounds, international students and LGBTQ students. In addition to direct mental health service, this provider will develop collaborative consultation and liaison relationships with, and outreach programming for campus and community partners that serve underrepresented populations. Specific roles of the mental health provider would include:
I. Direct service (65%):
1) Provide individual, couples and group therapy;
2) Participate in the provision of mental health triage services;
3) Provide Behavioral Health consultation within Medical Services clinics;
4) Respond to campus crises;
5) Provide overnight emergency coverage where indicated;
6) Provide supervision of assigned trainees including goal setting, evaluations, and disciplinary action in accordance with training policies and procedures;
7) Administer and interpret brief clinical assessment measures;
8) Provide campus-based services including programming and consultation to campus and community partners that serve underrepresented populations.
II. Activities related to direct service (20%):
1) Develop relationships with campus partners that serve underrepresented populations;
2) May develop formal teaching relationships with academic departments if interested;
3) Maintain relationships with academic departments to encourage recruitment of trainees for agency;
4) Provide a multicultural perspective on the mission, vision, policies, procedures and training within UHS;
5) Advise the Director of Mental Health Services on professional development offerings to promote multicultural competence of the mental health services staff;
6) Offers professional development trainings for mental health services staff and other interested campus partners.
III. Administrative duties (15%)
1) Follow agency policies and procedures consistent with state mental health statutes, ethical guidelines, best practices, HIPAA, and FERPA;
2) Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all clinical interactions and consultations;
3) Attend staff, project team, and workgroup meetings;
4) Attend Mental Health Services sponsored professional development activities;
5) Serve on internal and external committees;
6) Other responsibilities as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
