Electrical Superintendent (Travel)(Madison, WI)

Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Madison, Wisconsin office.
Responsibilities:
Have 5
years experience in running large industrial and commercial construction projects from start to completion
A strong track record of managing all aspects of customer relations with the GC including attending weekly meetings
Excellent record with regards to safety and implementing and managing safety procedures
Must have an excellent understanding of all general code rules for placement of receptacles in a dwelling unit
Excellent leader and trainer and provide documented evidence of such from previous employers
Must have experience in managing teams of more than 20 subordinates
Outstanding communicator with the client as well as with fellow team members
Organized and disciplined with respect to maintaining and meeting the production schedule
Experience in managing stored materials and change orders
Experience and knowledge of scopes of work
Experience with the submittal process and the contract as it relates to building the project
Must be able to read blueprints & lay out an electrical room
Understanding of the proper color code for high and low voltage three phase systems
Must be a road-warrior, as this is a TRAVEL position
Stable work history
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred but not mandatory
