Providing full HR generalist support to the Business Unit and three manufacturing sites;
Developing and mentoring each sites HR Representatives;
Managing recruiting for each site;
Managing and assisting with new hire orientation;
Analyzing, developing and implementing HR policies, programs and procedures for each site;
Ensuring compliance of Collective Bargaining Agreements for one union site;
Auditing plant sites for accurate documentation;
Assisting the sites with workforce planning for both current and future activity;
Managing and assisting with return to work programs, workers compensation, disability, and participating in quarterly workers comp calls.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.

Experience:
5
years of progressively responsible HR experience;
Manufacturing and multi-site experience;
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills with all levels from plant floor to executive management;
Able and willing to travel up to 60%;
Union and non-union facilities experience desired, along with contract negotiations and labor-management;
Strong skills in planning, coordinating and directing the work of HR support staff involved in various professional, technical and clerical functions at multiple sites;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Experienced in regulatory compliance EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, etc.;
SHRM, PHR or SPHR preferred;
Mobility preferred to assume similar or more advanced HR roles in other business units or locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
