Our Client is one of the world's largest producers of superior consumer products in one of the most stable and rapidly growing consumer categories. They are a $1 Billion (in annual sales) and growing industry leader operating numerous manufacturing facilities strategically located throughout the United States. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources and working closely with an experienced management team at one of their most established production facilities, you will be responsible for all issues relative to managing HR functions including recruiting, hiring, training, grievance management, benefit administration employee communications, incentive programs, compensation, employee safety and ensuring federal, state, local and Company policy and procedure compliance.
Qualifications:
To be considered, you MUST possess the following:
BS/BA Degree level education. Prefer concentration in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology.

years in a Human Resources Management/Leadership capacity in a manufacturing plant or distribution center environment.
Labor negotiations/union contract management - Must have experience sitting as a 1st or 2nd chair in labor negotiations
Strong Business Acumen.
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment and Worker's Compensation.
Performance management/people development experience. Project Management experience.
Strong experience as a change agent in organizational systems.
Experience managing mediation/arbitration/grievance processes.
Duties:
Partner with Talent Manager and fill Exempt and Non-Exempt Salaried positions.
Identify, Research and Execute solutions regarding Compliance Issues.
Oversee the recruitment of hourly and co-op positions.
Take active Role in Safety culture efforts.
Manage Human Resource Generalist(s) and Assistant

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
