Overview:
Responsible to lead the overall Quality vision, strategy and implementation to achieve overall goal of 50ppm. Serve as the interface between commercial team, customers, and plant teams to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely fashion. Responsible for deployment of consistent quality systems and procedures across global organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and implement a credible plan and strategy to achieve overall goal of 50ppm.
Ensure there is a consistent Quality template (processes and procedure) in all plants.
Establish a common template to collect, organize, monitor, and report on information related to the overall plant Quality Assurance.
Interact with both customer and company personnel on all levels regarding quality related issues
Ensure a Quality System is focused on the proactive not reactive approach
Ensure TS/QS standards and certifications are in place at all plants.
Implement and maintain corporate quality documents to support overall Quality System.
Work with registrars to leverage all sites to minimize costs.
Develop and implement overall plan to eliminate all internal containment.
Establish a culture around root cause analysis and corrective action implementation across all sites.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
